Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returned Goods

All items must be in unused and original condition. Merchandise returned due to customer error is subject to a re-stocking charge.

Claims

All claims must be made within five (5) days after receipt of merchandise. Any damage must be claimed through the commercial carrier.

Damaged, Lost or Short Shipments

Truck

We are not liable for merchandise lost or damaged by trucking companies. If your shipment is damaged, or short, you must note on your Bill of Lading at the time of receipt.

UPS

Notify your local UPS office immediately. Advise us so we can reship tools and place a claim. Keep damaged tools and container until advised to dispose.
