Payment Policies
We support transactions via account and major credit cards through our secure site including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All transactions are handled in secure environments (PCI-DSS compliant and 128-bit SSL). The charge will appear on your statement as “Universal Cutting Tools, Inc”. All account purchases will be billed in terms once the product ships.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
For card transactions, we will authorize the full amount, less shipping, when you place the order. This puts a hold on the funds (they will be marked as pending in your online transaction register, but will not be removed from your account). When we process your order we will add in the shipping charge. Then we will capture the funds and they will be removed from your account.
